Payment Questions
50% payment is to be paid before design starts , full payment is to be paid when script is installed.
General Policy
Mrlinklist.com does not take any liability for any damage to your server, site, loss of income and so forth from any script will install.
An "install" is defined as the transfer of script files to the customer's server, the setting of permissions on those files, and a quick audit test.
Restrictions and Exceptions

Web sites must be accessible by FTP from our network.
FTP servers which only accept connections from certain IP addresses or via a set of dial-up connections cannot be authored by us.

All installs come with a "two strikes you're out" policy. If the information submitted the first time was not sufficient to complete the install, we will contact you with the needed changes. Examples would be "your password doesn't work" or "your server doesn't support CGI". If you reply with improved information but there are still problems, then your install request may be forfited and any Payment will not be refunded.
Again, Certain exceptions will be made if there is a reasonable excuse, but we have ZERO tolerance for requests with insufficient information.
